Kodiak Cakes Banana Muffins

Kodiak Cake muffins are incredibly yummy for several reasons. Firstly, they are made with Kodiak Cakes’ whole grain pancake and waffle mix, which is packed with high-quality ingredients like whole wheat flour, oats, and honey. This mix not only provides a great texture and flavor to the muffins, but it also adds extra fiber and protein, making them a healthier option.

Secondly, the addition of real bananas in the recipe adds natural sweetness and moisture to the muffins, making them soft, tender, and flavorful. Lastly, the recipe is easy to follow, allowing for consistent and delicious results every time. All of these factors contribute to why Kodiak Cake muffins are so yummy and enjoyable to eat.

Why its important to use natural sweeteners

Using natural sweeteners in recipes is important for several reasons. Firstly, natural sweeteners are typically less processed and refined than their artificial counterparts, making them a healthier option for consumption. Natural sweeteners like honey, maple syrup, and dates also contain beneficial nutrients and antioxidants that can contribute to overall health and well-being.

Secondly, natural sweeteners have a lower glycemic index, meaning they do not cause the same blood sugar spikes and crashes as refined sugars do, which can be beneficial for people with diabetes or insulin resistance.

Lastly, using natural sweeteners can add a unique and delicious flavor profile to recipes, enhancing the taste and enjoyment of the final product. Overall, using natural sweeteners in recipes is a great way to promote health, reduce processed and refined sugar consumption, and enhance the flavor of your favorite treats.

How to make Kodiak Cakes Banana Muffins

In a large bowl mix the Kodiak Cakes mix with all the other dry ingredients. I like to get another small bowl and add my wet ingredients. I always use this fun tool to mash my bananas first. Then I add in the other wet ingredients and mix it all together.

Mix together the dry and wet ingredients and then pour into muffin tin lined with cupcake liners. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean! Do not over cook
