How to Make Lego gummies with JELLO
Creating homemade Lego gummies with JELLO requires just a package of JELLO and some gelatin. I originally tried this recipe with juice, but it just wasn’t sweet enough, the JELLO makes it more sweet and the kids liked the taste better. If you are going to make the giant Lego mini-figure you will need a lot of jello boxes. I could get two giant lego mini-figures with one box of Jello.
Ingredients for Lego Gummies
- 1 package of JELLO (85g/3 oz size)
- 1 tablespoon of gelatin
- 1/2 cup of water
- Lego molds
Directions to make Lego Gummies with JELLO
To begin, pour half a cup of water into a saucepan placed over low heat. Next, add one package of Jello (85g/3oz size) to the water along with one tablespoon of gelatin. Stir the mixture continuously until all the ingredients are fully dissolved, and then remove the saucepan from the heat. You have the option to either pour the liquid directly from the pan or use a dropper to fill molds with the mixture. Place the filled molds in the refrigerator and allow them to chill for approximately 30 minutes or until they have solidified. Once the Jello mixture has hardened, carefully remove the molds from the fridge and extract the Jello shapes. Now, they are ready to be enjoyed!
- Pour 1/2 cup of water into a sauce pan set on low heat
- Add 1 package of Jello (85g/3oz size)
- Add 1 tablespoon of gelatin
- Mix until all dissolved and then remove from heat
- You can pour from the pan our use a dropper to add liquid into molds
- Place in fridge for 30 minutes or until solid

Storage/Packaging
You can keep them stored in the refrigerator and they should last at least one week. I made them the day before my boys Lego themed birthday party and it worked fine. Once the big lego mini-figures were solid I put them in clear plastic bags and added them to the party favors.
